There were a lot of precious moments at Peggy Ovire and Frederick Leonard traditional marriage on Saturday, November 19.


During the ceremony, Frederick Leonard revealed the reason he choose Peggy Ovire among other beautiful ladies out there.


According to the handsome groom, his bride is the only woman in his life that he can’t live without.


“So, today, someone asked me why Peggy? I told the person, I am not just a Nollywood actor, I am a superstar, I am one of the finest men in Africa. That also means that I’ve been with all kinds of women for the last 10 years, but Peggy is the only person that I realised that I just can’t live without and I am happy to call you Mrs Leonards.  I love you,” he said.


After years of speculation, actor Frederick Leonard and his colleague, Peggy Ovire, held their traditional wedding in Warri, Delta State.


The actor dropped the hint when he took to his Instagram page to celebrate the birthday of Ms Ovire, a year older , a few weeks ago.


Before now, the duo has had an on-and-off thing going, leaving fans guessing about the actual state of things.


Their relationship dates back to 2015, when Frederick confirmed they were dating


However, in 2017, Ms Ovire denied romantic affiliation with the actor.


In an interview, the former beauty queen said that Mr Leonard is her friend who encourages her.


“In the entertainment industry, it is tough to find someone that would look out for and advise you. He does all that for other people in the industry and me, like my brother. Contrary to what was reported, I have never been married in my life, and I have never even introduced any man to my dad. I am still single.”

 Nigerian man mourns sister-in-law who died from pregnancy  Sadly, Silver’s health also took a turn for the worse and she eventually succumbed to her illness.  A Nigerian man, Anenye Anthony Chinedu, has taken to social media to mourn the tragic passing of his sister-in-law, Sochima Silver Anenye. In a post shared on Facebook, Anenye penned an heartfelt tribute to the deceased who passed away following a severe medical crisis while seven-months pregnant. The deceased, who was only 26-year-old, bravely gave birth to her baby but the joy was short-lived, as the newborn did not survive. Sadly, Silver’s health also took a turn for the worse and she eventually succumbed to her illness.
